Sponsorship Opportunities

Position your brand at the front of Australia's housing future

The 2025 Affordable Housing Development & Investment Summit drew nearly 600 senior stakeholders from across Australia, making it one of the country’s most influential platforms for shaping housing policy, investment and delivery.

This high-impact summit connected government officials, community housing providers, developers, investors, architects and planners in critical conversations on housing affordability, supply, and innovation. For sponsors, it offered direct access to decision-makers who are driving housing projects, funding models and partnerships at a national scale.

Federal Housing Minister Clare O’Neil set the tone with updates on the Housing Australia Future Fund and policy priorities from the National Housing Supply and Affordability Council. Throughout the two days, attendees explored cutting-edge approaches to financing and delivery—including the use of SPVs, modular construction, social enterprise, and measurement tools like SIGMAH.

International insights from Scotland’s Link Group, alongside local case studies featuring CHPs, councils, and state government collaborations, reinforced the summit’s focus on practical, scalable solutions. Key themes included ESG integration, climate-resilient design, Housing First models, and pathways for vulnerable groups including youth.

Affordable Housing Summit NZ Sponsorship

Connect with CHPs to expedite the construction of smarter, safer and sophisticated housing

Over the past 10 years, the Affordable Housing Development & Investment Summit has brought together CHPs, government, developers, institutional investors and the wider housing community, providing an ideal platform to engage with all the key stakeholders in one setting. This is the third year in a row that the national peak body CHIA (Community Housing Industry Association) are hosting the event.

Our research indicates that CHPs need assistance with five critical areas:

  1. Funding and financing

  2. Project and tenant management for new and existing stock

  3. Business operations in navigating reforms

  4. Urban planning and design consultancy

  5. Design & construction innovation

In 2025, expect refreshed and renewed discussions on how to ensure that every Australian’s housing needs are met.

Over two days, the Summit will have specialised keynotes, case studies, panel discussions, and interactive workshops tailored to the needs of each audience. Each session offers the opportunity for delegates to network and explore solutions with vendors in each of the five critical areas referenced above.
