Hayley Parkes is an Executive Director in the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. She leads the Victorian Government’s Specialist Disability Accommodation portfolio which provides a home for around 3,000 Victorians with a disability.

Hayley has broad experience across both public and community housing having worked in strategy, governance and delivery focused executive roles at Homes Victoria and Housing Choices Australia. She has previously held roles at the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission and the law firm Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons) where she specialised in competition and regulatory matters, commercial transactions and policy advice.
