Andrew is a specialist economic and financial strategic advisor with 15 years’ experience in the development of evidence-based and implementable integrated public infrastructure projects.  In this time Andrew has led the economic evaluation and/or business case development of a number of major infrastructure projects.  Recently Andrew has co-led Polis Partners delivery of social and affordable housing projects including Community Housing Industry Association – Response to the HAFF, HAFF Round 1 Lessons Learnt and acting as a strategic advisor to Landcom.
