Salman Choudhry, CFA, has been appointed as the Interim Chief Investment Officer at Housing Choices Australia, where he will lead the organisation’s investment strategy, major commercial transactions and funding partnerships. He works closely with government, lenders, institutional investors and delivery partners to support the growth of Housing Choices’ national development pipeline.
Salman joined Housing Choices as a Commercial Analyst and progressed through a series of senior roles including Commercial Manager, General Manager Commercial Transactions and Director of Commercial Transactions before stepping into the Interim Chief Investment Officer position in December 2025. This progression reflects both his deep expertise and his strong contribution to the organisation’s commercial capability over time.
