Peter Johnston is an Executive Director of Socia Investors, a specialist investment manager focused on real assets that deliver social outcomes - including affordable housing, SDA, social infrastructure, and healthcare.Peter brings over 30 years of investment leadership across Australia's infrastructure and property sectors. He served as Managing Director of Lighthouse Infrastructure, where he led the firm's expansion into the living sectors, including Specialist Disability Accommodation and Affordable Key Worker Housing.

Prior to Lighthouse, Peter held senior roles at Hastings Funds Management, Macquarie Group, and IFM Investors, and KPMG Corporate Finance.
Peter is driven by the conviction that institutional capital, responsibly deployed, can advance community outcomes while delivering sustainable returns. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
