Michael has more than 20 years’ experience advising government, community housing providers, the private sector, institutional investors, financiers and developers. His work focuses on practical funding, financing and delivery models that move housing projects from policy intent to investable delivery.

Over the past five years, Michael has advised on more than $15 billion of new housing projects. This includes transactions involving new and innovative Federal and State funding models. He has also supported the development of more than 50 outcomes-based models across the housing continuum.
