Iain is a Director of Investments at Conscious Investment Management (CIM). CIM is a dedicated impact investment fund manager with a vision to invest to create a fairer, more sustainable world, where people and the planet thrive. Iain's specific role at CIM is the origination, execution and ongoing asset management of our investments with a specific focus across social & affordable housing, disability housing and sustainability related investments including natural capital investments.

Iain’s primary focus over the past few years has been in relation to originating opportunities and partnerships with Community Housing Provider’s to support the build out of social and affordable housing through the Federal Governments Housing Australia Future Fund and similar State based programs.

Prior to joining CIM, Iain worked for the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC) in the CEFC’s Infrastructure and Alternatives investment team where his primary focus was on encouraging energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions in the built environment with a specific focus on social and affordable housing under the NSW Social and Affordable Housing Fund.
