Caitlin is the Deputy CEO at the Community Housing Industry Association NSW, leading the Public Affairs team.

Prior to joining CHIA NSW in January 2020, Caitlin worked as a senior manager at a Tier 1 Community Housing Provider, as a policymaker in the NSW Government, and as a social researcher. Her passion for housing and social outcomes emerged when she led the inaugural edition of the Rental Affordability Snapshot at Anglicare Sydney.
