Ashley is the Chief Financial Officer at build-to-rent developer and manager MODEL and has held a variety of other senior executive roles, including CFO at Cbus Property. He has extensive experience in property funds management and structured finance, both domestically and internationally, with in-depth knowledge of portfolio management, finance & audit, capital management, governance, risk and corporate strategy.

Ashley is an experienced non-executive director in the not-for-profit sector and served on the Asia-Pacific Advisory Board of global insurer FM.
