Andrew is the General Manager of DevelopmentWA’s new Built Form division, leading a team focused on delivering medium and high-density residential apartments to help meet Government targets for affordable and social housing.

An accomplished leader with extensive experience in community housing, property development and the energy sector, Andrew joined DevelopmentWA in January 2025, reflecting the agency’s widened scope from land development to built form development at scale.

Andrew plays a key role from strategic planning through to project delivery, and works collaboratively with WA Government agencies, the community housing sector, and private industry to deliver built form outcomes across WA.

Prior to his appointment, Andrew was CEO of CHC Australia for seven years, the largest not-for-profit community housing provider and residential property developer within the ACT, successfully leading the organisation through a significant period of growth.
